The following privacy notice applies to personal information collected on the EASIE Living Centre website.
As a user of this website you may have chosen to supply us with contact details using our contact, newsletter subscription or booking web forms. We use your name and return email address to answer the email we receive. It is our policy that your email address will not be used for any other purpose and will not be shared with outside parties, unless you have given us express permission to do so.
As a user of our ecommerce system you may have chosen to supply us with contact, billing, shipping and other personal details. It is our policy that your personal data will not be used for any purpose other than completing a transaction through the ecommerce system, unless you have given us express permission to do so.
Sharing of your information without consent could happen in these exceptional circumstances:

- to allow for us to collect bad debts or a similar lawful purpose.

Terms and Conditions for competitions
Terms and Conditions for EASIE Living “ Share the aroha - Thank your support person, ”competition – Win $50 New World Vouchure
- By entering this competition, the entrant consents to the below Terms and Conditions
- This competition is run by Enable New Zealand on behalf of EASIE Living. PO Box 4547, Manawatu Mail Centre, Palmerston North 4442
- The “Share the aroha” competition is open to New Zealand residents only.
- The competition runs from 6pm 9 February 2024 to 11.59pm 18 February 2024. No entries will be accepted after this time.
- Entrants must tag someone who acts as a caregiver to them and tell us what they appreciate most about them.
- Entrants may enter as many times as they like but each entry must be a different person tagged and relevant to the terms of the competition.
- By entering this competition, the entrant consents to being connected by the Enable New Zealand team.
- The winner will be randomly drawn on 19 February 2024 and notified through Facebook messenger.
- If the winner does not respond by 10am 23 February 2024, a second winner will be drawn and have a subsequent three working days to respond. Hereafter additional drawings will follow if winners are unresponsive.
- The winner will receive a $50 New World Voucher.
- This competition is not open to employees of Enable New Zealand or EASIE Living.
- Enable New Zealand reserves the right to cancel the ‘Share the aroha - Thank your support person competition in cases of force majeure.
